In 2020, Efa received a Literature Wales New Writer’s Bursary, in order to further develop her work on the forgotten women of Welsh history.
In 2017, Efa founded the Welsh women’s history website ‘Prosiect Drudwen’, which now contains biographies of over 80 Welsh women.
Efa is currently working on two books.
